- If you are having trouble purchasing VidScratch, you may have a security protection program running on your computer, or as a web browser plugin.
- These plugins can prevent parts of our website from loading during purchase. We are working with our payment vendor to fix this, and for now, the solution is to temporarily disable the software, make your purchase, and then re-enable.
- There may be other reasons you are having trouble completing your purchase, so simply write us through the Support Desk and our customer success team will get back to you shortly.
